Full-Process Quality Control
Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
All raw materials are subject to strict inspection before warehousing, including material composition analysis, dimensional testing and appearance inspection. Any unqualified raw materials will be rejected and returned.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Patrol and sampling inspections are carried out during production to monitor key process parameters. Quality defects are detected and corrected promptly to prevent defective products from flowing into the next process.
Final Quality Control (FQC)
Full inspection or sampling inspection will be conducted before delivery, covering dimensional, appearance and performance tests to ensure products meet customer requirements and quality standards.
